What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at MRCC Solutions?
- 10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment, required (Specially in Aluminum Industry)
- Proven track record of driving the FP&A processes, including reporting, forecasting, cash modeling, annual and long-term budgeting/planning, variance analysis, financial modeling, and monthly close analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Record of providing financial leadership within manufacturing operations in driving continuous cost improvement
- Experience in building complex financial models (i.e. pro-forma financial statements) in support of company initiatives and/or the budget/forecast/planning process
- Ability to develop, train employees, improve employee confidence, moral, processes, reliability, and accuracy

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
