MRCC is seeking an Account Executive-Business Development to become an integral part of our team! We are experiencing growth through this pandemic and are looking to add proven sales representatives within key markets around the country. Onsite / Hybrid role in Massachusetts Boston area. No remote work option.
Responsibilities :
Understand and sell company services to new and existing customers clients
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Develop and nurture client relationships
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Qualifications :
Previous experience in sales in IT Staffing
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently and achieve / exceed sales goals each week / month / year
