MRCC is seeking an Account Executive-Business Development Executive to become an integral part of our Staffing team!

Responsibilities:
· Understand and sell company services to new and existing customers clients
· Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
· Close and follow up on sales transactions
· Develop and nurture client relationships
. Keep client information and sales leads up to date in CRM.
· Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
· Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Account Management/Business development experience.
- Prior IT / IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience
- Needs to have a hunter salesperson persona and a growth-based mind set.
- Strong negotiation skills
