We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential.
Responsibilities
- Shadow the Director of Sales and continually learn new strategies to advance sales directives
- Help drive sales initiatives as provided by the Director of Sales
- Manage daily operations, including pickup and refund forms.
- Oversee timecards and CRM system updates.
- Generate basic daily and weekly sales reports.
- Handle basic sales rep questions and issues.
- Aid in training exercises.
- Work with Customer Service Manager to improve customer experience.
- Work with marketing team to improve marketing initiatives
- All other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by owners and management
Skills
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (at least 2 years)
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Previous sales management experience of 5 people or more (at least 2 years)
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
