Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Howell, MI. A Leasing Consultant at MRD Apartments will be responsible for managing various leasing activities, handling lease administration, and ensuring resident retention through excellent customer service. Daily tasks include showing properties to prospective tenants, processing lease applications, conducting lease signings, and resolving resident inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience with lease administration and managing leases
- Strong skills in resident retention and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently and professionally
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
