Responsibilities
- Promote current leasing opportunities and pre-leasing of future availability to ensure 100% occupancy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents, prospective residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized leasing office.
- Stay up-to-date on community knowledge to deliver a thorough and exceptional experience for residents.
- Determine needs and preferences through feature and benefit selling, resulting in secured lease agreements.
- Answer calls regarding leasing questions, resident concerns, and service requests.
- Complete lease applications and verifications, and maintain accurate lease documentation.
- Update online advertising and contribute ideas for marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction.
- Participate in MRD Apartment University training and possess 6 months of related sales experience or training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and Rent Caf is preferred.
