The Role of a Licensed Psychologist
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
- Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal
- Perform comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal
The Licensed Psychologist will NOT make disability determinations. The Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations, using the findings recorded in the DBQs.
This role involves performing Disability Assessments on Veterans only. You will review and assess 4 Veterans per day.
As an Independent Contractor, you will be expected to:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Education: Graduation from an APA-accredited program/school
- Licensure: Hold an active and unrestricted Psychology license
- Credentialing: Meet the requirements set forth by the VA
You will earn a daily rate of $500 and have access to health insurance options.
