Requirements:
You must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school and be board certified in Occupational Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehab, or Orthopedics. Additionally, you should have an active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Ohio and be able to travel as needed. Previous experience with IME/impairment rating exams is preferred but not required.
