Responsibilities:
- Perform in-person physical exams on each Veteran.
- Review medical records electronically through a web portal.
- Electronically document exam findings required by the VA.
- Analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and forms.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current, unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license.
- Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
