Career Development for Veterans
As a Case Manager for Employment and Training, you will work closely with homeless and at-risk veterans to help them achieve their employment goals. Your responsibilities will include client assessments, career/employment training/counseling/advocacy, outreaching to locate homeless/at-risk veterans, and tracking and reporting case management progress through case notes and conferences with the manager.
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, and a minimum of two years' experience in Employment Training, Vocational Rehabilitation, Recruitment, Counseling, Outreach, or Services to the Homeless. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with veteran populations is preferred. You must be able to pass a CORI/background records check and comply with our COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.
