MRG Exams is a leading provider of independent medical exams for workers' compensation, disability, and the Veterans Administration.
We are seeking a licensed psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Job Overview
- Absorbent Medical Records: Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure web portal.
- In-Person Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments in person with each Veteran.
- Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs): Complete DBQs through the web portal.
The licensed psychologist does not make disability determinations. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations using the findings recorded in the DBQs.
Responsibilities
- Assess 4 Veterans per day.
- Review and assess electronic medical records.
- Conduct in-person assessments.
- Complete DBQs through the web portal.
This is an IN-PERSON position.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program/school.
- Active and unrestricted psychology license.
