Medical Expertise:
The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to review medical records, conduct assessments, and document exam findings. Strong analytical skills are required to navigate complex electronic medical records and identify relevant information.
Telehealth Experience:
As a Telehealth professional, the selected individual will work closely with veterans remotely, utilizing secure Web Portals to complete assessments and submit reports. Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with patients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments on veterans.
• Complete Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQ's) through the Web Portal.
• Submit completed DBQ's within 24 hours after an exam.
Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Physiatrist.
• Board Certification in Neurological Surgery, PM&R or Psychiatry and Neurology.
Work Schedule:
• Part-time Telehealth role, working 2 days a week.
• Additional days spent traveling within MT.
• Average daily caseload of 4 veterans.
