The Role:
As a Senior Consultant in Global Professional Services (GPS), you will be responsible for driving metrics including utilization, revenue, project management, along with client satisfaction and delivery efficiency. This person will provide leadership, mentoring and training to employees, while handling the individual project work and ensuring they are completed and implementations are successful according to project plans. Being a resource for escalations, participating in client committees, as well as cross departmental communication will be other key functions in this role.
- Full understanding of role, clients, industry, and product.
- Leads implementations
- Delivery of customer experience at or above client & shareholder expectations
- Works independently, has a degree of creativity and latitude.
- Assist with special projects, operating mechanisms, initiatives for the consulting organization
- Provide technical skills training and mentoring. In addition, coaching for Team on how to troubleshoot technical issues and deal with difficult situations.
- Above average contributor to the team in addition to leading special team or client projects including multi-product implementations
- Develops strong relationships with cross functional partners
- Develop process and procedures that drive efficiency in implementation.
- Possesses above average-level knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and methodologies within the field, and is recognized as a thought leader within the industry and demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry specific market segments, associated business rules, standard operating procedures and process best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of MRI Software including end-user use and implementation requirements.
- Extensive understanding of functionality, business rules and operating procedures within the company’s software product(s) and system.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated understanding and utilization of real estate industry and consulting best practices
- Project Management Methodology experience
- Accounting experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced SQL skills
