Responsibilities
- Oversee, lead, and manage most of the operations and departments. Includes having deep involvement with, after developing a deep understanding of, a variety of corporate departmental operational functions and procedures. Includes hands-on corporate level operational work.
- Responsible for managing all departments and employees defined according to the hierarchy in the Organization Chart. This includes oversight and management (primarily supervisory but also strategic) of the departmental Directors (Director Marketing, Director Product Integrity) who, in turn, head-up the Marketing Dept, Advertising Sales Dept., Registration Dept, Product Maintenance Dept, Escrow Dept.
- Backup of departmental Directors.
- Employee recruiting, interviewing, screening, hiring, and onboarding. Includes working with recruiting agencies and running robust interview and screening procedure for all U.S. office company employees. Includes closely working with Shanghai Office Manager to do the same.
- Oversight and management of all ongoing human resources issues. Includes working directly with all company employees and / or Shanghai Office Manager on most human resources related issues.
- Conduct Employee EOY review meetings and raises for all employees. Includes Unused Absence Payback and Unused Hybrid Annual Payback calculations and advisements.
- Shanghai Office monthly and annual payroll processing. Includes working with our Shanghai payroll and benefits company.
- Company policy creation along with other executives.
- Company and departmental procedure revision improvements and enhancements along with other directors and executives.
- Frequent participation in senior-level management communications and discussions regarding service improvements and enhancements.
- Occasional communication with senior executives of registrants and other companies on various situations (ie : opportunities, escalated issues)
- Main operational front-facing leader of the company
