The Role:
As the Director for Emergency Services, you ll oversee the operations of a dynamic, 50 bed emergency department with 45,000 annual visits and a Level IV Trauma designation. You ll also oversee a charming, free-standing emergency facility. Reporting directly to the COO, you ll play a critical role in shaping the future of emergency care for the organization.

Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Bachelor's degree (or the commitment to complete one within two years of joining the team). Bonus points for a Master's degree because who doesn't love extra credit?
- At least five (5) years of professional experience, with three (3) in a leadership role where you've honed your ability to lead teams.
- Extra kudos for national certification in your area of expertise.
