Our client, a designer and manufacturer of components for the global motor vehicle industry, is looking for a Hands-On Design / Test Engineer to join their team in Plymouth, MI focusing on Suspension components.

Responsibilities
The Design / Test Engineer is responsible for managing and driving R&D projects on Suspension Components from ideation to market implementation :
- Manage product specifications and CAD / CAE modeling
- Coordinate parts fabrication and testing for concept validation
- Develop technical benchmark and competitor analysis
- Contribute to idea creation activities and drive new technology
- Support R&D team with development
- Other duties as assigned
