Role Overview:
Team Size: 80 FTEs, including a mix of experienced staff and new graduates.
Support Team: Charge Nurses for both Day and Night shifts
Departments: Includes Lactation, Antepartum, Postpartum, and OB Triage
Focus Areas: Building team trust and fostering stability.
