Due to significant growth, they have asked our team to identify a top-grade Maintenance Manager for their plant in the Charleston, IL area.
A qualified candidate will have :
- Two (2 ) plus years of experience in a maintenance manager / supervisor role in a manufacturing environment
- Four (4 ) plus years of experience with electrical systems, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers
- Experience maintaining a spare parts inventory
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Polyiso / Polyurethane foam production experience would be a plus
