What You’ll Do :
- Act as the financial backbone of the project, ensuring budgets, job cost reports, and accounts receivable remain accurate.
- Maintain financial records in alignment with the general ledger and project cost system .
- Process contracts, change orders, invoices, payroll, and billings with precision and timeliness.
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure compliance , including verifying insurance and managing payments.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Keep the jobsite’s financial and administrative processes running smoothly.
