Role Overview: As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing new client relationships and expanding our reach within the Automotive, Consumer, and Renewable Energy spaces, with a particular focus on the Electric Vehicle sector. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach, utilizing our lead generation tools to make phone calls and engage potential clients. You will be the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts, working independently to secure new business and contribute to our firm's success. There is a high potential for growth into a Senior Director role for those demonstrating exceptional performance and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients using lead generation tools provided by the firm, with a strong emphasis on the Electric Vehicle sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Automotive, Consumer, and Renewable Energy sectors.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure those needs are met, with a particular focus on groundbreaking opportunities in the Electric Vehicle space.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market shifts, especially in the Electric Vehicle sector, to inform strategic planning.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience working as a Talent Recruiter, with a proven track record of success in client acquisition or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, proactive approach to acquiring new clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with clients directly.
- Familiarity with the Automotive, Consumer, and Renewable Energy sectors is preferred, with a special interest in the Electric Vehicle space.
