Position Summary :
The Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market share within a defined geographic region. This role involves managing multiple sales territories, optimizing distribution channels, and providing the necessary support to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Travel frequently (including overnight stays) by air or vehicle to engage with customers and partners.
- Build strong relationships through phone, written, and in-person communication with distributors, national accounts, and end-user customers.
- Conduct end-user visits to support sales efforts and gather insights on product performance and market needs.
- Set and track regional and territory sales goals, taking necessary actions to ensure achievement.
- Stay informed about regional business trends and competitive landscapes to develop effective sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base by developing new distributors, installers, and accounts.
