We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our Sugar Beet Refinery in western Nebraska. This role involves managing shift operations and overseeing direct reports, ensuring the maintenance of systems and equipment through preventive measures and repairs. Upholding safety standards and company values is paramount, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.

- Lead by example in safety practices and demonstrate strong leadership.
- Analyze and prioritize work requests and preventive maintenance tasks to support Total Productive Maintenance goals, coordinating effectively with internal and external resources.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance database for plant assets, utilizing SAP for efficient management and reporting.
- Monitor maintenance activities through SAP data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with technical resources to resolve issues.
- Create and manage weekly maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with Stores Manager to streamline parts procurement and minimize inventory waste, maintaining technical documentation accuracy.
- Possess knowledge of Beet and Sugar ends operations (preferred).
- Supervise, develop, and motivate maintenance team members, ensuring effective communication and training for safe and efficient task execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with 3-5 years of maintenance experience; technical degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- High school diploma required, with additional college or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with proven experience in Preventative Maintenance and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ideally, AutoCAD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting across all organizational levels.
- Salary: $85K-$100K annually, plus benefits, 401K, relocation assistance.
