Hospital: Not-for-profit Level II Trauma hospital that is part of a thriving health system.
Position: As the Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager, you will manage overall operational and clinical nursing leadership to the NICU department ensuring effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with applicable laws, standards, and regulations. This position works closely with and reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Department Stats
- 35-40 Direct reports including 1charge nurse leader.
- 1600 Births annually.
- 12 Bed NICU with an average 6 bed census
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Masters in nursing, preferred.
- 1 years of Neonatal ICU experience, required.
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, required.
- 1-3 year of progressive leadership experience, required.
- Recent clinical nursing experience in obstetrics and/or NICU unit, preferred.
- Certifications: NRP - Neonatal resuscitation and Basic Life Support healthcare provider (BLS), required.
- Thorough knowledge of the operations of a NICU Unit required.
- Full time, Regular work week Monday-Friday
- Weekend Requirements: As needed.
