Designing communications strategies that distill complex product descriptions and messaging into their simplest form and leverage the paid, owned, and earned ecosystem to create personalized and valuable experiences.
Being the brand, business, and customer expert, developing a robust understanding of audience needs and the buying journey
Optimize digital engagement to improve results and create meaningful touchpoints and enhance the customer experience based on results and best practices
Requirements
An integrated strategist, with required expertise in B2C CRM and Marketing Orchestration
6-8 years experience in direct response, marketing orchestration, lead nurture, 1 : 1, content creation, and CRM, with a deep understanding of data capture and performance strategies
Experience with consumer electronics brands (Samsung, Apple, etc.) a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, graduate degree a plus
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a knack for simplifying the complex
Ability to pivot to accommodate client and agency priorities
Passionate curiosity, collaborative spirit, optimism to find the answer, and work ethic
Willingness to visit the client onsite in their New Jersey offices 2-3x per week
