- Collaboration & Influence: Partner with senior leadership, management, and key stakeholders to influence strategic initiatives. Build strong, trusted relationships to ensure alignment between marketing technology and broader business objectives.

- 10 years of experience in analytics implementation, tag management, MarTech strategy.
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics, AEP, and CDP solutions; hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, and API integrations.
- Proven leadership in consulting, enterprise implementations, and technical enablement.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive data transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of driving business results and technology adoption within complex, large-scale marketing operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
