What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Real Estate Professional: A Washington real estate license is required for this role.
- Transaction & Listing Expert: Strong understanding of real estate contracts, listing management, and transaction coordination.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and compliance requirements with precision.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, agents, and vendors.
- Tech-Savvy & Marketing-Minded: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, Asana (preferred), and Canva for marketing.
- Self-Starter & Problem Solver: Able to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot challenges independently.
- Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude: Works collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination:
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all required documents and deadlines are met.
- Communicate with escrow officers, lenders, clients, and agents to facilitate smooth closings.
- Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and addendums are properly completed and filed for compliance.
Listing Coordination:
- Prepare and submit listing agreements, input property details into MLS, and coordinate professional photography and staging.
- Visit active listings and development sites weekly to ensure properties are presentable, check on progress, and report updates to the team.
- Place and remove signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials at properties.
- Schedule and coordinate showings, inspections, and open houses.
- Track listing performance and provide weekly reports on market activity.
Marketing & Administrative Support:
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, silent cards, and email blasts.
- Conduct research on potential development sites and prepare reports.
- Maintain organized files, databases, and internal tracking systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Real Estate License - REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
- Experience with MLS, CRM systems, and transaction management software preferred.
- Knowledge of Asana or similar task management software is a plus.
- Escrow or real estate assistant experience is a bonus.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance - REQUIRED.
