Job Description:
Extensive experience in Mobile Device Management using Jamf, Intune or AirWatch.
Provides technical support to Executive staff members, onsite and remotely. Migrate executives and their administrative assistants to AirWatch, Office 365, and Multi-factor Authentication with Microsoft.
Researches and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues with Cisco VOIP Phones, Mac computers, PCs, iPhones, iPads, and Microsoft products such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and others;
Office 365, OS Windows 7, 8, and 10. Image and reimages computers through PXE Server.
Experienced in Active Directory creates and manages user and devices accounts, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange.
Logs, and effectively tracks, close IT tickets in alignment with the SLA active through ServiceNow.
