Process & Operations Management
Manage the process for vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and inventory tracking.
Manage the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle remarketing process.
Provide support to stakeholder inquiries.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help with the redesign.
Requirements
At least 3 years of process management or equivalent experience
Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation
Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience facilitating meetings
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
Fleet management experience
Experience working with call center agents
