We are seeking a Process Coordinator to support our process maturity initiatives and manage onboarding processes as we partner with the world's leading automaker. If you're ready to drive high-level projects to success, we're eager to welcome you aboard. As a Process Coordinator, you will play a key role in documenting operating procedures for our call center agents and organizing knowledge management resources. Additionally, you will support onboarding activities, including title management, inventory tracking, and responding to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Help document operating procedures for our call center agents.
- Help with knowledge management.
- Support vehicle onboarding activities (such as title management, inventory management, and coordination with vendors).
- Help analyze data.
- Process & Operations Management
Help manage general business processes.
Support the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager in developing standardized templates for customer service agents.
