Responsibilities:
- Assess resource needs and determine project team members. Build a high-performing team based shared accountability.
- Develop project outline with aggressive timelines.
- Monitor project performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain continuity between coworkers and/or shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Collaborate with outside vendors to meet agreed-upon order dates
- Manage Customer and Internal Staff expectations through proper communication, ensuring customer satisfaction with both our customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution
- Provide administrative support to various Senior Level Managers
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with internal and external platforms to upload key documents and data
- Develop and maintain comprehensive records, databases, and spreadsheets to inform business decisions and optimize processes.
- Performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant project coordination experience
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-starter & motivated - Must have strong drive to exceed expectations
