We seek a passionate and dedicated infant/toddler Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in the classroom.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Provide individualized care and attention to each child, including those with special needs.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience in infant/ toddler care and caregiving for young children.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Familiarity with special education practices to support children with diverse needs.
- Ability to create engaging activities that promote learning through play.
- Experience working with students in a childcare setting is preferred.
- First aid certification is a plus, ensuring the safety of all students.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old.

- Pass Drug Test.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
