Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Execute floor care tasks including buffing, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Conduct custodial duties in both residential and commercial spaces.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure all areas are free from hazards and comply with safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Skills
- Experience in residential painting is a plus.
