Sr. Manager of Market Access
MRSLC Search has a long-standing partnership with a global company in the diabetes space seeking a Sr. Manager of Market Access to join their growing team.
This role will report to the Vice President of Finance and be responsible for expanding patient access to the company's products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and executing market access strategy
- Ensuring formulary placement and reimbursement
- Interfacing with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs)
- Overseeing contract lifecycle, including negotiation
- Data analysis and reporting
- Rebate verification accuracy
- Market research
The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the sales team and internal/external customers, to maximize product availability.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 5 years of experience in market access in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device space
- Strong understanding of PBMs, formulary management, reimbursement processes, and contracting
- Lives within commuting distance to the Holmdel, NJ area
- Minimum travel required
