Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite from Day 1)
Rate: $22/hr (Max)
Shift Timings: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday (Rotating Sundays)

We are seeking a Process Associate - Document Management to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role involves managing mailroom operations, document processing, and customer service tasks related to life insurance backend operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage various sections of the mailroom according to standard guidelines & SOPs.
Sort, open, inspect, and process all incoming mail and publications related to insurance operations.
Document, process, and file incoming and outgoing mail correspondences accurately.
Distribute all inter-office mail for different departments.
Handle client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal and external audits.
Process check handling, deposits, and reconciliation according to service standards.
Research case numbers for proper document handling and tracking.
Assist with inbound and outbound emails/calls related to customer inquiries.
Perform simple preventive maintenance on mailroom machines and troubleshoot issues.
Support daily administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Prioritize, plan, and organize tasks to meet SLAs and service quality standards.
Accurately interpret and compile information from various internal systems and sources.
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6-18 months of experience in life insurance mailroom backend operations (preferred).
Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of insurance documentation and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications.
Good analytical skills and the ability to anticipate problems and suggest solutions.
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be willing to work onsite from Day 1 in Omaha, NE.
Comfortable working Monday-Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with rotating Sundays.
