Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric BI Lead to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services. The ideal candidate will lead BI initiatives, drive data-driven decision-making, and ensure scalability and performance of BI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Microsoft Fabric-based BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Design data pipelines and integrations using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and OneLake.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define BI strategies and KPIs.
- Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of BI platforms.
- Mentor and lead BI teams, enforcing best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Microsoft Fabric expertise (Synapse, Data Factory, OneLake).
- Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (Databricks, Synapse, ADF, ADLS, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark for data processing.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lakes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
