Position Summary
We are seeking five motivated and skilled Commercial Field Glazers to fill key roles in the company’s growing operation. These positions involve the installation, repair, and fabrication of glass and related systems in commercial environments. Ideal candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and dedication to high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and layout jobs for new installations and repairs
- Fabrication and installation of curtain walls and storefront/flush glaze systems
- Perform window repairs and installations
- Cut, fabricate, and install glass to precise specifications
- Perform door repair and maintenance, including lock and hardware knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols in various weather conditions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve quality results
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid, clean driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop
- Ability to work safely in varying outdoor weather conditions
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards for quality and excellence in all tasks
