As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing relationships with our customers, managing a team of quality supervisors and process, and ensuring on-time delivery of quality people to the customer
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Implements quality management process for new launches
- Oversees quality control team members
- Manages any sorting activities
- Becomes a liaison to customers on quality issues
- Follows up and supports quality for internal and external customers
- Ensures quality procedures are updates, revised, and modified to meet needs of customers
- Responds to customer complaints including containment actions and analysis
- Participates in Internal audit, PPAP and APQP process and activities
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
- Handles new launch management on site at customer location
- Maintains collaborative relationship with the Customer through detailed communication and documentation
- Resolves problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; determining action
- Exceeds customer expectations in all aspects of the business
- P&L Management
- Completes special projects as required
- Travel to Customer locations to assist with problem solving.
