Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. This role requires strong technical accounting skills and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.

Duties

• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Conduct thorough account analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of cash flow.
• Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions using Talon and Excel.
• Execute double entry bookkeeping to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliation procedures.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Talon or other accounting software; technical accounting skills are a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
