**Compensation: **$30–$36 hourly additional $2 for shift premium
**Work Schedule: **Engage in 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Following the 2-2-3 rotation
The Mission:
The role demands agility in tackling maintenance activities that uphold the functionality of production technology. Mastery of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems is central, with an unyielding commitment to preemptive care and innovation.
Your Daily Role:
- Quickly and effectively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues.
- Engage in structured preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime.
- Participate in planned upgrades and remedial initiatives.
- Inspire and instruct colleagues in equipment mastery.
- Facilitate the smooth setup and transition of machinery.
- Craft and modify equipment enhancements as needed.
- Skillfully manage machining tools like lathes and grinders.
- Adhere to and promote safety and operational protocols.
Your Expertise:
- An **Associate degree** is a plus but not mandatory.
- Eight years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance are required.
- Expertise in Hydraulics, PLCs, and Machine Power.
- Efficient problem solver, working autonomously.
- Proficiency with digital maintenance databases.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
Physical Demands:
- Capable of prolonged standing and walking.
- Comfortable with aerial positions at heights up to **50 feet**.
- Adaptability to confined space environments.
- Handle lifting tasks of up to 50 lbs.
- Competency in using heavy machinery.
