Join Our Team as a Food Safety Quality Specialist
Step into the vibrant world of a dynamic food manufacturing company in Lebanon, IN with Pro Talent Group, part of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging. We're in search of a Food Safety Quality Specialist dedicated to upholding high standards in quality assurance and championing food safety.
Compensation: $22 - $24/hour
Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday
Expect occasional overtime requirements.
Your Role:
- Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on production lines.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices and adhere to food safety guidelines.
- Execute sanitation verifications, involving ATP and allergen testing.
- Ensure accuracy in receiving protocols and documentation management.
- Support production teams while maintaining SQF quality mandates.
Desired Expertise:
- Minimum 1 year in a QA/QC position.
- High School Diploma or GED completion.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting QA documentation.
- Familiarity with SQF and food safety regulations is an asset.
- Exceptional detail orientation coupled with independent work skills.
- Bilingual ability in English/Spanish advantageous but not essential.
