MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local client are NOW HIRING a Turret Forklift Operator in the Greenwood, Indiana, area!
Pay : $17.50 / hour
Shift : 1st shift, 6AM - 2PM, Monday to Friday
The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment within the facility, including forklifts, dollies, and hand trucks. This role involves handling materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and completing Quality Assurance tasks (QA experience preferred).
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain equipment safely for material handling, warehousing, and transportation.
- Move goods securely to and from various locations, including trailers.
- Follow logistics, supply chain, material management, and distribution policies to meet business needs.
- Maintain safety in designated zones while operating equipment.
- Assist with machine operations for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
