MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING a Shipping Associate in the Greensburg, Indiana, area!
Pay: $14.00 / hour
Shifts: 1st, 7AM – 5:30PM, Monday – Thursday
**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed**
Job Responsibilities:
- Load conveyor with product from pallet.
- Maintaining constant inventory on conveyor
- Open master carton to maintain line speed
- Packs individual cartons into master cartons per specifications while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Completes inventory counts at specified intervals
- Reports any non-conformances while completing duties
Job Requirements:
- Can bend to pick-up products from pallet / empty cartons from floor
- Can lift up to 10 pounds
- Good attendance
- Good personal hygiene
- Must pass background check
- E-Verify employer
Skills:
- Self-motivated, organized
- Attention to detail
- A flexible team player
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to stand 10 hours per day
- Lift up to 10 lbs
- Repetitive lifting
Work environment:
- Industrial facility
- Non temperature controlled environment
Dress code: Blue jeans or work pants.
