What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Assistant Site Manager position at MS Park Construction LLC?
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects
2. Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety
guidelines and protocols
3. Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders and update
them on progress.
4. Ensuring that contractors and staff/workers are motivated and focused.
5. Overseeing and managing budgets throughout construction projects
6. Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary
documents.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience as assistant site manager (Assistant Superintendent) in the construction industry
2. Knowledge of basic commercial construction process and industry fundamentals
3. Project management experience, including all elements of scope, schedule, cost, risk,
quality, resources, and communications.
4. Ground up experience is preferred but not required.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
