Industrial Construction Company PNK Group is looking for site superintendent to our construction site in Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects
2. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
2. Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety
guidelines and protocols
3. Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders and update
them on progress.
4. Enforce quality standards and ensure work complies with building codes and regulations.
5. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues affecting construction quality.
6. Ensuring that contractors and staff/workers are motivated and focused.
5. Overseeing and managing budgets throughout construction projects
6. Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary
documents.
7. Completing time sheet for employees (time and attendance) daily
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as Site Manager (Superintendent)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ground up experience is preferred.
- Bilingual: Russian and English is prefered but nor required
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
