MS Shift is an established software and technology company that services the leading hotels of the world. The systems were developed for the hospitality industry to join operational needs and technology. We are a fast-growing SaaS company looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization as we enter the next phase of growth.


Position Summary:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and exceed sales targets. This leader will oversee a team of sales professionals, foster a high-performance sales culture, and work closely with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish clear sales goals and track team performance through KPIs and metrics.


Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Managers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and achievement.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness and individual performance.


Revenue Growth

  • Drive new customer acquisition while increasing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.


Sales Operations and Reporting

  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance to establish sales quotas, commission structures, and revenue models.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product teams to align customer needs with product development.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign planning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as a voice of the customer to influence company strategy and direction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
  • Proficiency in CRM Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
