Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Brand Management & Content Marketing:
- Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and website.
- Manage and enhance the company’s online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Optimize lead generation and conversion through targeted advertising and landing pages.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Partnership & Public Relations:
- Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven marketing solutions.
Base salary: $80,000-$100,000/year
