Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in achieving the company's goals for the property. This includes reviewing and understanding the building operating plan, helping to organize a plan to achieve the milestones set in place by the approved annual building business plan, and supervising and assisting with the operations of properties.
