Palanzano Property Management is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Property Manager for our professional office building located at 19 Dove Street in Albany, NY. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our tenants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform daily janitorial services for office spaces and common areas, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance.

- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and management regarding any property-related issues or concerns.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property and provide weekly reports on conditions and maintenance needs.

- Manage tenant communications to address inquiries or complaints effectively.

- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors as needed for repairs and upkeep.

**Hours:**

- Flexible schedule to accommodate as a second job.

- Cleaning services must be completed before 9 AM or after 5 PM.

- Expected work time: 3-4 hours per day.

**Compensation:**

- $25 per hour.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in property management, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to tenant needs efficiently.

- Must be dependable and detail-oriented.
