About This Role
The Mental Health Program Support –Federal Grants assists the Mental Health Program Manager–Federal Grants with day-to-day operations, focusing on mental health programs. This includes maintaining records, assisting with client services, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely communications between team members and participants.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating mental health program activities and events.
· Maintain up-to-date records of client files and documentation.
· Provide administrative support including preparation of materials for workshops, group sessions, and meetings.
· Respond to inquiries from participants and partner organizations.
· Help monitor program data and compile reports for the Mental Health Program Manager.
· Attend team meetings and training sessions as needed.
Strengths & Skillset
· Associate degree or equivalent experience.
· Familiarity with mental health services and support systems is preferred.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Your Team
This position reports to the Mental Health Program Manager, and other team members may include other program staff.
Your Schedule
This is a hybrid (remote and in-person) part-time hourly position working up to a maximum of 20 hours a week. Some weekend or evening work may be required.
