Quality Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Analyst assists the Quality Management department mainly by a) organizing, reviewing and validating Procedure and Processes for the entire organization and b) collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on Agency Performance. The role also contributes to continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and regulation compliance, as defined by Geneva HQ guidelines. Responsibilities include learning and practicing data collection, data analysis, conformity checks, and performance evaluations. The Quality Analyst also designs and creates dashboards, tools, and reports, while communicating with business users to understand their needs and provide support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Organize Procedure and Processes to align with ISO standards.
- Participates in KPI collection, analysis, and reporting to Geneva HQ and US management.
- Provides analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Assists in internal audits to ensure all quality standards are met and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborates with the Business Transformation team to facilitate process automation.
- Aids in the development of new process capabilities.
- Facilitates the implementation of new or improved process models.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Assists in the digitization of processes and adapt to industry changes.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Attention to detail and organized working methodology.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project management, data analysis, and process improvement methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft System tools, with an emphasis on Power BI, PowerApps, Visio, and Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge of the supply chain environment, preferably in the ocean maritime industry.
- Ability to stay updated on market changes and industry news.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing basic coding and queries and understanding relational databases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into software solutions.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understanding of ISO Standards and Compliance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BS in Business Administration, Analytics & Statistics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in shipping, supply chain, transportation a plus

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
