Job Summary / Key Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for assisting clients with any questions or concerns related to their shipments. Provide exemplary customer service to our valued clients. Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and productivity. Additionally, accurately document and log interactions with customers to ensure data integrity for management reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answers phone calls and emails in a timely, professional, and effective manner; Observes corporate guidelines when addressing customer inquiries regarding shipments.
- Ensures that appropriate action is taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns; Exhausts all available tools to ensure customer's needs are satisfied within first communication.
- Reaches out to respective departments outside of Export Traffic Customer Service to amend and fix any discrepancies. Escalates unique or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary.
- Anticipates potential problems before they arise as well as having problem solving skills to solve any unforeseen issues; Goes the extra mile providing additional information to enhance customer's experience.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
